The Customer Detail Screen provides information about that customer so that you can take the appropriate action to ensure you get paid.

You can open a customer's detail screen from the Home screen or the Customers screen by clicking on the link on the customer's name.

The customer detail screen allows you to:

  • View detailed information about the customer.
  • View or change preferences, including turn off/on reminders, turn off/on statements and turn off/on late fees.
  • Take immediate actions, including sending a reminder, sending a statement or taking a note.
