You can define whether or not InvoiceSherpa sends an email for the down payment when creating a payment plan.

To indicate whether to send a payment plan introduction email, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Payment Plans from the left navigation area.

  2. Select the Settings tab at the top.

  3. Check the Send Payment Plan Introduction Email box to send the emails. Clear the box to stop sending the introduction emails when you create payment plans.

  4. Select Edit to customize the email.
