There are a few different settings that control how InvoiceSherpa communicates with your customers. These settings control whether automatic reminders are sent, whether statements are sent, and whether late fees are charged for that particular customer.


Each setting works as a toggle.



To change the settings, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Late Fees to turn late fees on or off for this customer, depending on the current setting.
  2. Select Statements to turn monthly statements on or off for this customer, depending on the current setting.
  3. Select Emails to turn automatic reminders on or off for this customer, depending on the current setting.

A status message pops up to show you whether the item you selected has been turned on or off.
