Once an action has been scheduled in the Invoice Statements section of the Reminder Schedule screen, you can edit the day of the month statements are sent or quickly access that reminder template.


To edit an invoice statement schedule, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon next to the statement schedule you want to edit.
  1. In the Edit Reminder Schedule screen, select the Day of the Month on which you want the statements emailed to the customers from the drop down list.
  2. Preview what the reminder will look like and edit the template, if desired.
  3. Select Update Action.
