The left Navigation area of any screen allows you to open other screens in InvoiceSherpa.

  • Select Home to return to the Dashboard.
  • Select Invoice Reminders to set up your Reminder Schedule or edit reminder templates.
  • Select Payment Processing to enable credit card payments.
  • Select Accounts Payable to manage bills.
  • Select Recurring Payments to manage Customer Payment Methods and Recurring Charges.
  • Select Customers to manage Customers.
  • Select Customer Portal to invite customers to your portal or manage their user names or passwords.
  • Select Late Fees to schedule automatic late fees for your invoices.
  • Select Payment Plans to create and manage a payment plan for customers to pay off existing invoices in partial amounts over time.
  • Select Referrals to participate in the InvoiceSherpa partner program.
  • Select Settings to set your Company information, preferences and timing; control the users on your InvoiceSherpa account; manage your InvoiceSherpa plan and billing information; manage your Accounting Integration settings; manage your payment integration settings; and manage your accounts payable banking information.
