Setting up your account is the first step for getting started with InvoiceSherpa. You can create your account directly in InvoiceSherpa or use the app from Quickbooks Online.


This process includes creating your login credentials, providing a few details about your company, and connecting your accounting software. If you don't finish all of the setup screens, the first step screen will open the next time you sign into InvoiceSherpa, with any information you have previously entered.


To set up your account directly in InvoiceSherpa, complete the following steps:

  1. In your web browser, go to: https://app.invoicesherpa.com.
  2. Select the Create One link next to Don't have an account yet?
  3. On the Get Started! screen, enter the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Your Email Address
    • A Password for logging into InvoiceSherpa
      Note: The password must include at least one number, one lowercase letter and one uppercase letter. It must be at least six characters long.
  1. On the Step 1/Tell Us Account Your Company screen, enter the following information:
    • Company Name
    • Company Address
    • Company City
    • Company State/Region
    • Company Postal Code
    • Company Country
    • Company Phone Number
    • Company Website
    • The Accounting Email Address to indicate where replies to reminder invoices should be sent
  1. Select Next Step.
  2. On the Step 2/Upload Your Company Logo screen, upload the logo you want to use on your invoices.
    • You can drag the logo file (in png, jpg, or gif file format) directly to the gray Drag & Drop area.
    • Select manual upload to navigate to the file to open it.
  1. Select Next Step.
  2. On the Step 3/Connect Your Accounting Software screen, select the icon for your accounting software.
  1. You may need to log into your accounting software. The Login screen differs, depending on which accounting software you are connecting.
  1. Select Authorize to allow sharing data between InvoiceSherpa and your selected accounting software.
  1. Once the accounting software has been connected, you'll receive a confirmation.

  1. Select Next Step.
  2. On the Step 5/You're All Set! screen, select Enter InvoiceSherpa to begin setting up your invoice reminders.

InvoiceSherpa opens to the Dashboard.
